Smart Sales is an internal app developed with a series of useful features to help sales staff reduce loan processing time. I worked with Product Owners and Senior UX designers in research process, design process, and usability testing.
My task was to research the sales workflows to understand the business goals, each user roles and then developed functions for the app. I learned how to collaborate with another team to understand the business requirements and user flow.
Kafi is a securities trading app. My part in that project was working on "More" screens which include many more feature options for profile settings, app settings, redeem rewards, help, and information.
To design "More" screens, I worked with the Product Owner and Design Director to be conscious of what features needed to be built. I also prototyped the app by connecting all the screens following the user journey sequence to determine if any screens were missing in the user journey.
One highlight was always putting the user first to understand if the design is clear and helpful for them and how this solves the user's problems.
MyVIB 2.0 is VIB's brand new mobile banking application with 3 cutting-edge features: Augmented Reality (AR) technology, AI Voice Banking feature and Friendzone community.
Augmented Reality (AR) technology was a never-seen-before feature in a mobile banking app, so we conducted a survey and interview research to understand what the user thinks, feels, and needs about this new feature. Participated in research process, I built the research questionnaire, conducted research, and observed the user during the interview to capture their emotion and behaviors to define their needs.
VIB Internet Banking (IB) is an online banking website, overtime many features have been developed to improve the customer experience, some of which have inconsistent styles with the brand. Internet Banking Design System is an effort to build a group of reusable elements and guidelines that allow teams to design and develop an IB website following predetermined standards.
I began by conducting a visual audit of the Internet Banking website on Azura. Next, I created a pattern library by collecting all the parts and pieces of the UI currently in production, then merging and removing what didn't need. The final is documenting what each component is and when to use it.
I learned that a Design System is not only the visual foundation of a company's product but also a great way to maintain consistency within a design and across products.
